In attendance: John McCay (Minutes). 1. Introductions The Secretary declared a quorum to be present and the Chair welcomed the meeting. 2. Apologies were received from: Veronica Plowden, Felicity Astroulakis, Viv Aylmer, Neil Sanders, Rebecca Gibbs, Jill Gregson, Anna Bowman, and Bill Allison. 3. Minutes of the February 2007 AGM 3.1 The minutes of the February 2007 AGM were agreed as a true record. 3.2 There were no matters arising from the minutes. 4. The Annual Report and Accounts on the year 2006 /7 4.1 JM stated that auditors had been a real pleasure to work with and that he concurred with all of the content of the accounts and accompanying audit opinion. 4.2 The Chair stated that Trustees had had the accounts and report since 2 October, had adopted them at the Trustee Board meeting on 10 October and that they had been on the Stockwell Partnership website for over a month. The Chair established that there were no questions on them, and, having proposed their adoption, declared them adopted by acclaim. 5. Appointment of Auditors and setting their remuneration 5.1 The Chair proposed the re-engagement of Brookfield and Co as auditors for 2007/8 with their fee set at г2,000. 6. Elections 6.1 The Board of Trustees 6.1.1 The Secretary read a list of those who had duly completed and returned a nomination form by midday on 3 December 2007. Their number being fewer than 12, the Chair declared that there was no need to hold an election. The Chair asked that they be agreed as the new Board. The meeting voted nem. con. for the list of: Lucy Annan, Ahmed Omar, Ailsa Newby, Rebecca Gibbs, Steve Bradley, David Clarke, Victor Glaser, David Prichard Jones, Vic Phillips and Lino Diogo. 6.2 The Secretary took the Chair and called for nominations for the post of Chair from amongst the newly elected Board members. Lucy Annan was proposed and seconded and, in the absence of any further nomination, the Secretary declared Lucy Annan elected and asked her to resume the role. 6.3 The Chair asked for nominations for the office of Treasurer. Steve Bradley was proposed and seconded. In the absence of any further nominations, Steve Bradley was declared elected. 7.
