Other
Hillcroft is the only college for women within the adult residential sector in the UK. It exists to help women who have not previously been able to fulfil their potential through learning and is open to women aged 19 or over. There are no entrance qualifications and grants are available to cover costs for most students. A special feature is additional support to enable women who have previously struggled in education to achieve success. Students can attend the college on a full-time or part time basis. The college offers programmes of study leading on to University. There are also business and management courses for women seeking to enter or return to the job market or boost skills and gain management qualifications. In addition there are Assertiveness and other courses enabling women to improve their skills and prepare for the workplace. Hillcroft is situated in three acres of attractive lawns and woodland, two minutes walk from Surbiton station and twenty minutes from Waterloo.
For more information go to: www.hillcroft.ac.uk or click here to see a sample of forthcoming courses.
